Career Opportunity For Marketing (Order Generator)
Paid orientation prior to hire at $60 (2- 4 hr. job shadow). This will help us determine if the position is a good fit. We provide you neighborhoods to work, marketing materials and company apparel, with ongoing training and coaching after hire.
You’ll grow new and existing customer relationships by walking through beautiful neighborhoods and talking to home owners about their trees, shrubs, and preservation efforts, as well as educate home owners on the importance of proper trimming and pruning of trees and shrubs and point out potential hazards or concerns you may see walking up to the home.
Additional requirements include scheduling home owners for a no-cost or obligation consultations with our ISA Trained & Certified Arborists, providing reminder calls prior to set appointments and meeting your weekly quota requirements.
Job Details
Compensation
- Average $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Starting at $25.00 / hr. + 2% Commission on sales generated from your orders
- + Additional incentive opportunities
- Milestone incentives (up to $450 in one-time incentives, premium uniform package, up to $50/week travel allowance)
- Monthly cell reimbursement (up to $60/ month)

- $1,500 Hiring Incentive after 90 days employment for FT employees

Job Requirements
- Reliable vehicle, driver’s license & proof of car insurance
- Cell phone
- Comfortable using basic technology (ie. Cell phone, Computer, Tablet)
- Must have ability to walk min. 3+ miles / day uphill, stairs, uneven ground
Work Schedule
- PT 25hrs or FT 30- 35hrs
- Choose from Sunday- Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday schedule
