Marketing (Order Generator)
Paid orientation prior to hire at $60 (2- 4 hr. job shadow). This will help us determine if the position is a good fit. We provide you neighborhoods to work, marketing materials and company apparel, with ongoing training and coaching after hire.
You’ll grow new and existing customer relationships by walking through beautiful neighborhoods and talking to home owners about their trees, shrubs, and preservation efforts, as well as educate home owners on the importance of proper trimming and pruning of trees and shrubs and point out potential hazards or concerns you may see walking up to the home.
Additional requirements include scheduling home owners for a no-cost or obligation consultations with our ISA Trained & Certified Arborists, providing reminder calls prior to set appointments and meeting your weekly quota requirements.
