Call Center Rep

Work for the Northwest’s Largest Tree Preservation Service, Ever-Green Tree Care. We perform trimming, pruning & removal services in the Seattle WA area and our Corporate Office & Call Center Reps are based in Spokane Valley, WA.

Our Call Center reps grow new and existing customer relationships by calling residential homeowners to inform them when an Arborist will be in their area.

They educate homeowners on the importance of proper trimming and pruning of trees and shrubs. In addition, they assist in scheduling homeowners for a no-cost or obligation consultations with our ISA Trained & Certified Arborists.

Job Details

Compensation

• Base $16.66/hr. + 2 % commission on Sales
• Performance incentives offered daily
• Pay Period Incentive can be earned bi-monthly. Pay periods run from the 1^st-15^th and 16^th – end of the month.
  • 20% above quota $300
  • 30% above quota $550
  • 50% above quota $750
  • 100% above quota $1,2000
• Reps average $20 – $25+ per hour with base + commission + incentives 
• Medical, dental, vision, and life available for full-time employees. Must average 30+ hours per week
• Paid time off (PTO)

• Sales or Call Center experience is a plus
