Training is provided, however, those who have prior experience with trees, landscape, or heavy labor are encouraged to apply.
Job Details
Responsibilities and Skills
- Contain the endurance to perform job duties throughout a standard 8-hour day, including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds regularly
- Use machineries such as a chainsaw and woodchipper
- Able to work well in all weather conditions and tolerate excessive noise from machines, chainsaws, and woodchippers with the use of hearing protection.
- Possess excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Ensure clients’ needs are met in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion by demonstrating courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Operate promptly such as arriving to work on time and completing all tasks within time expectations
- Adhere to company policy such as dress code, inclement weather policy, and time-off reporting procedures
Compensation & Benefits
- Bi-weekly pay period (every other Monday) via direct deposit.
- Day Rate: Average $21.00 -$25.00/ hour
- Paid time off (PTO)
- Medical, dental, and vision available after 60 days of employment

Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable vehicle and valid Washington State Driver’s License
- Ability to work Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays
- Good driving record is a plus
