Ever-Green Tree Care uses an integrated approach to managing insects and diseases that begins with maintaining plant health. We use proven practices to care for the tree from the crown of the tree, down to the soil where it’s planted. Our ISA Certified arborists are experts in assessing the health of your tree, and environmental factors that impact it, and helping you select which of our health services will give optimal results.
Insect Control
When insects take over a tree, they can damage, spread disease, and cause stress to native and ornamental trees, bringing harm to their leaves, branches, roots, flowers, and fruit. This damage and stress of a tree can lead it to become weaker and more hazardous on your property. Not all insects are damaging to trees and shrubs, and some are beneficial and even help pollinate flowers. However, it’s best to be safe and have your tree checked by an ISA-Certified Arborist to determine if there are dangerous insects in your tree, such as a Bark Beetle.
Our Arborists are trained to correctly identify these harmful and beneficial insects, and advise effective management programs, performed by Northwest Pruners applicators, that can protect landscape plants from serious damage while conserving beneficial organisms.
Disease Control
Like us, trees and shrubs can become ill, and when they do, they need to proper care in order to regain their health and strength. Diseases are often difficult to diagnose as different agents can produce similar symptoms. Accurate diagnosis is essential to developing an effective treatment program. Our Arborists are trained to identify these abnormalities, as well as when to recommend soil or foliage lab analysis to support disease management services and ensure accurate identification and treatment.

Our Levels of Care
Trees deserve a custom solution to their health issue, so we offer various levels of care to accommodate different exactly what your tree needs.
Preventative Care Treatment
This program is for trees in environments with the potential to be infested, diseased, or put under stress. We will inspect trees of concern, identify any health issues, develop a treatment plan, and if needed focus on future harmful insect attacks, such as bark beetle prevention.
Reactive Care Treatment
This program is for possible infested or infected trees showing signs of stress.
Vitality Treatment
This treatment is for trees suffering from environmental stress, construction stress, or damage from storms or over pruning. The applicators will test your soil's PH and Macro nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorous, and potash) to then build a custom nutrient blend consisting of the trees' needed nutrients.
