Career Opportunity For Marketing (Order Generator)
Our Order Generators grow new and existing customer relationships by walking through beautiful neighborhoods and talking to homeowners about their trees, shrubs, and preservation efforts.
They educate homeowners on the importance of proper trimming and pruning of trees and shrubs and point out potential hazards or concerns you may see walking up to the home. In addition, they assist in scheduling homeowners for a no-cost or obligation consultation with our ISA Trained & Certified Arborists.
Job Details
Compensation
- Base Pay $39K-$52K per year + Commission
- Reps average $50-$80k per year working 30hrs. a week, top performers earning $100K+
- Weekly lead and sales Incentives

Job Requirements
- Reliable vehicle, driver’s license, & proof of car insurance
- Cell phone
- Comfortable using basic technology (ie. Cell phone, Computer, Tablet)
- Must have ability to walk min. 3+ miles / day uphill, stairs, uneven ground
